WAY TO PAY 

Payment is made by credit card, which must be active to make transactions online. 
Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the number of your order. If you do not receive it, we recommend you check your spam folder in your email. In the event that you have not received it in that folder, contact our customer service department at liberty@liberty-electronics.com

SHIPPING RATES

 
The rates applicable to shipments are, in general, the following. Shipments to Gibraltar will be free. Consult rates applicable to other destinations at liberty@liberty-electronics.com  or click here to see the prerequisites rates Please note that the volumetric weight influences the final weight.

 

DELIVERY TERM 

The order must be delivered within one (1) to five (5) working days within Gibraltar, if we have it in our warehouses, otherwise the delivery period could be extended up to (30) days, putting us in Contact you to communicate it.

Considerations to take into account: 
The transport company does not telephone before delivering. If you cannot deliver it, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the courier will inform you by email of each unsuccessful delivery attempt. Orders sent after 12:00, can be processed the next business day.

 

REFUNDS: 
If you have received an order and are not satisfied with any of the items, you can request the return, as long as you meet the conditions detailed below.

 

Conditions for return acceptance

Liberty Electronics Ltd. will not accept returns on sales of merchandise that can be reproduced or copied easily and immediately. The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties. Liberty Electronics Ltd. reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for possible damages suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct expenses caused by the return. Liberty Electronics Ltd. will only accept the return of the merchandise if:

In the period established for this purpose by Law (14 business days), the buyer exercises his right of resolution. Liberty Electronics Ltd. will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right only and exclusively when the merchandise was in the same state in which it was delivered and ready for sale, with its corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition. No product that has been opened and / or used will be returned. 
If the merchandise is tare or defect, according to the provisions of the Defective Products Law, Liberty Electroncis Ltd. will immediately replace the product with another with identical. 
Liberty Electroncis Ltd. will also return the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve it. 

Liberty Electronics Ltd. will accept the return of the merchandise when, for reasons attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the one requested by the customer. 
If you want a change of size or alternative item, you will have to place a new order.

In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, they will be resolved before the Courts and Courts of Gibraltar.

 

Steps to follow in case of return:

Request your return via email to liberty@liberty-electronics.com within 14 business days from the date the order was received by the courier company. Please, let us know in that email the order number and the reason for returning the item. 
Once your return request is received, we will contact you. to indicate the steps to follow in said return. 
Then and always within 5 working days from your request, our courier company will pick up the item at the time you indicate. Transportation costs will be paid by the customer. If you prefer, you can send it with another courier or logistics company, paid by the customer. 
Then prepare the package to be collected in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used or handled. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted. 
Once the item has been received at our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you and email informing you of the acceptance of the return. 
As of this date, we have 30 working days to reimburse you for the purchase amount except transportation costs, both shipping and return, which will only be returned in case Liberty Electronics Ltd. is responsible for the cause of return of the product. The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase, or by transfer to the account you
indicate. 
If you do not meet any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of restoring items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this refund, including the transport of these items, will be borne by you. If you do not accept this condition, Liberty Electroncis Ltd. may retain the items and the amount thereof.
